The awful month that was August is over and I'm back to winning ways in September already. Crushed Aspers 50nl for £160 profit tonight, not exactly much to brag about when you consider the standard in there, but I just thought I'd post up some happy news after so much moaning in the previous posts! Hopefully the rest of September will be business as usual :)
I did manage to find a hero fold with AA in one spot, raise to £3 pre, get one caller. Flop KT9hh and donk into the loose passive fish for £7. He raises to £20 (with £100 effective behind) and I snap fold faceup. I'm pretty confident I was either beat, but only Craig McDowell (dealer) and the player that raised me will ever know for sure.
